Hot Dynamic Yoga

Our signature Hot Dynamic Yoga classes are a modern and athletic style of vinyasa yoga. Vinyasa simply means flow, so each pose flows into the next. Prepare to build up a sweat!


What to expect

Expect a balance between physical postures, dynamic movements, breathing exercises and elements of relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated. Our classes are fun and challenging and open to both beginners and the more experienced. Each class is individually sequenced by the teacher, adapting to the needs of the class. They will contain varying sequences and poses to keep the body challenged, yet will have enough familiarity to aid progression. Leave our classes lighter, energised, refocused and ready for the rest of your day.



The dynamic vinyasa yoga classes at The Yoga Edge draw on multiple yoga lineages including Power, Forrest, Jivamukti and Baptiste. Our teachers bring their learnings and experiences of the practice to share with their students in their own unique way. Expect to be challenged, yet feel a sense of familiarity in the structure of all our classes. 


Our hot yoga classes are heated to approx. 30 degrees (which is about 10 degrees cooler than Bikram and other hot yoga styles). Our intention is to provide a warm and safe space to practise in which encourages you to go deeper into poses, without adding excessive heat.


Beginners - Level 1

Suitable for complete beginners to dynamic yoga and those who want to work at a beginners pace. Also suitable for those working with an injury or those wanting to gain further understanding of alignment. This class will still give you a good workout, and will contain deeper explanation and demonstration to prepare you for our open level classes. 


Our energising dynamic yoga class to stretch, strengthen, detox and unwind. Open to all levels of ability with both less and more challenging options being offered throughout. Leave feeling refreshed, refocused and ready to take on the rest of your week. Brave beginners are welcome to jump straight in at open level. Absolute beginners to yoga or physical exercise should start with our beginners classes or basics workshops.


This class is a chance to go deeper, explore new poses and play at your edge! Open to all students who feel comfortable in the flow of our level 2 classes and who are up for a challenge.
