4 Day Barcelona Yoga Retreat September 2019

City break or yoga retreat? If you can’t decide between the two then why not combine the best of both worlds with this late summer retreat with our wonderful teacher Lauren!

On this Barcelona long-weekend retreat, we’ll combine the relaxation of a yoga retreat with the buzz of city life. We’ll wake slowly and move through an early morning yoga and meditation practice whilst the rest of the city springs into action. We’ll nourish our bodies with a heavenly brunch and then step out into the city with a sense of calm and ease that allows us to be aware of the action around us, but not affected by it. After a day spent exploring the art, architecture, local cuisine or simply soaking up the Spanish sunshine on the beach, we’ll slip back into a tranquil yin practice and then head back out for dinner as Spain really comes to life.

When: Friday 13th September – Monday 16th September, 2019

Where: A beautiful modern house in the heart of Barcelona. The building dates back to 1890 and is a catalogued example of Gaudi’s modernistic movement. The house retains much of it’s old charm but with a modern simplicity. Located in a nice, quiet street just a few minutes walk away from the central gothic neighbourhood and 10 minute walk to the closest beach.

The Yoga: I am a certified Vinyasa Flow & Yin yoga teacher offering dynamic morning classes in the energising Vinyasa style and early evening classes will be a mixture of restorative yin and gentle flow.

Who: The retreat is open to all-levels, whether you are a complete beginner looking to immerse yourself in the practice or a long-time practitioner wanting an active and revitalising holiday! Feel free to come alone, or with a friend, yoga retreats are always a great place to make new connections as we each share the same passion for health and well-being.

Flights & transfers (we recommend hiring a car, but can also offer collection at an additional cost)
Evening meals on the Saturday & Sunday night – let’s explore the city together or feel free to make your own plans. I have plenty of recommendations!
Optional activities such as massage, sound healing and paddle boarding
