Transformative Yoga for True Well-being
HOT DYNAMIC YOGA STUDIO IN CRYSTAL PALACE, SOUTH LONDON
WHAT IS HOT DYNAMIC YOGA?
Dynamic yoga is an athletic form of vinyasa yoga. Vinyasa put simply means flow, so poses are grouped together to form a dynamic sequence which are repeated to build strength and heat within the body. It's hot, it's sweaty and it's really good fun!
"I'M A NEWBIE!"
If so, brilliant! Everyone was new to yoga at some point and the best thing you can do is come along and have a go. Whether you can touch your toes or not, it doesn't matter. In fact, our classes are designed to help with tightness in areas like shoulders, lower back and hamstrings.
HOW HOT IS IT?
Our yoga studio is heated to approximately 30 degrees (which is about 10 degrees cooler than Bikram and other hot yoga styles). Our intention is to provide a warm and safe space to practise in which encourages you to go deeper into poses, without adding excessive heat.
DEDICATED BEGINNERS CLASSES
Our daily beginners classes allow you to go at an easier pace and focus on the basics of the practice (whilst still getting a great workout!). The brave beginner is also welcome to join any of our open level classes.
IT'S YOGA FOR GUYS TOO!
Hot dynamic yoga is not a walk in the park! Our classes are designed to engage and tone the whole body creating strong, lean and functional muscle. Our style of yoga attracts lots of male students - we generally see a 30/70 (male to female ratio) in our classes.
