INTRO 30 DAYS FOR £40. Access 60+ Classes.

OUR STUDIOS

Our two South London studios, Streatham (SW16) and Crystal Palace (SE19), provide a warm and friendly space for you to stretch, strengthen, and unwind. Attend both at no extra cost!

OUR SIGNATURE HOT DYNAMIC YOGA

Classes at The Yoga Edge will challenge every cell in your body! Poses are linked together to form a dynamic sequence which builds heat and strength in the body. It's hot, it's sweaty and it's really good fun…

HOW HOT IS IT?

Our yoga studios are heated to 30 degrees (which is about 8 degrees cooler than Bikram and some other hot yoga styles). Our intention is to provide a warm and safe space to practise yoga in which encourages you to go deeper into poses, without adding excessive heat.

"I'M A NEWBIE!"

If so, brilliant! Everyone was new to yoga at some point and the best thing you can do is come along and have a go. Whether you can touch your toes or not, it doesn't matter. In fact, our classes are designed to help with tightness in areas like shoulders, lower back and hamstrings.

DEDICATED BEGINNERS CLASSES

Our daily beginners classes allow you to go at an easier pace and focus on the basics of the practice (whilst still getting a great workout!). The brave beginner is also welcome to join any of our open level classes.

IT'S YOGA FOR GUYS TOO!

Hot dynamic yoga is not a walk in the park! Our classes are designed to engage and tone the whole body creating strong, lean and functional muscle. Our style of yoga attracts lots of male students - we generally see a 30/70 (male to female ratio) in our classes.
