sunrise flow
A gently energising way to start the day. This class offers a softer take on our Dynamic Flow, focusing on waking up the body through mindful movement, breath, and steady flow. You’ll build warmth, mobility, and a calm sense of focus for the day ahead.
nurturing flow
A slower, more spacious class designed to support recovery and balance. Postures are held longer to help you tune into alignment, breath, and sensation. Ideal when you need to unwind, reset, and move with intention after a busy week.
yin
A slow, restorative practice focused on deep release and stillness. Floor-based poses are held for longer periods to target connective tissues, calm the nervous system, and create space in both body and mind. This is a practice of softening, not doing.
Pilates
