nurturing flow

A slower, more spacious yoga class designed to support recovery and balance. Postures are held longer to help you tune into alignment, breath, and sensation. Ideal when you need to unwind, reset, and move with intention after a busy week.

Strength flow

A strength-focused yoga class designed to build tone, stability, and control throughout the body. Expect slower, more deliberate movements, longer holds, and a strong emphasis on core and functional strength. Using bodyweight and light resistance, this class will challenge your muscles while staying grounded in the breath.

Pilates

Yin

A slow, restorative yoga practice focused on deep release and stillness. Floor-based poses are held for longer periods to target connective tissues, calm the nervous system, and create space in both body and mind. This is a practice of softening, not doing.
