Reiki energy Healing with Charlotte Taylor

Reiki is a deeply restorative energy healing treatment that clears blockages and restores harmony wherever there is imbalance. It works where it is needed most for you, whether that is in body, mind or spirit. Reiki can be incredibly helpful if you are experiencing feelings of anxiety or going through a period of stress, uncertainty or transition in your life. It also helps to ease physical tension in the body. During your treatment you will be seated or lying down fully clothed, as reiki flows through the practitioner's hands to the main energy centres of your body.
