If you continue to browse and use this website and our services, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our sub-pages (see below) govern The Yoga Edge’s relationship with you. We reserve the right to change any information on this website at any time, including class times, locations, teachers and prices. We may change our policies from time to time by updating the relevant page on our website.
Booking and cancellation
We have a strict cancelation policy of 2 hours for classes, and 24 hours for workshops, private sessions, and therapies. Missed bookings or bookings cancelled within these times will be charged in full. The Yoga Edge use an external online booking software, MindBody Online (MBO), to capture and store your personal data. Pre-booked classes must be paid for in advance. Payments and refunds
Online payments are provided by Netbanx (on behalf of Optimal Payments via MindBody Online). By using this service you agree The Yoga Edge is not responsible for the process of capturing your financial data. All sales are final, strictly no refunds.
Waiver of liability
Upon registering with us you will be required to accept our waiver of liability. This is mandatory, along with disclosing your injuries or medical conditions. This waiver of liability statement applies to all services taken with us.
The Yoga Edge takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal information, however we cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online. By using The Yoga Edge website you accept the inherent security implications of dealing online and will not hold The Yoga Edge responsible for any breach of security unless such breach has been caused by The Yoga Edge's negligence.
Right to refuse
We reserve the right to dismiss you from using our services at any time. It is your responsibility to inform us of any injury, pregnancy, or medical conditions before the start of every session, and we reserve the right to refuse entry on this basis. If you are new to physical exercise it is advisable that you consult a doctor or physician before attending class. You should not use our services under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
