booking & cancellation policy

We understand that it isn't always possible to keep our intentions, but to keep it fair for all students and teachers we have a cancellation policy in place.

Class cancellations
Classes must be cancelled no later than 2 hours before the class. You can do this via your online account, if you have trouble please email us to cancel your class (this still must be done no later than 2 hours before). Cancellations cannot be accepted by phone. Late cancellations or no shows will be charged in full.

Private yoga and treatments cancellations
These types of bookings must be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations within 24 hours are non refundable and non transferable. 

Workshop cancellations
We operate a 14 day cancellation policy for workshops. If you cancel outside of the 14 day window you may transfer your booking to another workshop or request a credit be added to your yoga edge account. Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless we receive a last minute booking and your space gets filled. Alternatively you can gift your booking to someone else, in this case please contact us with their details.

Arriving for class
You must arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time or your reserved place may be offered up to a waiting student. We cannot admit latecomers.

Class waitlists
If you are added to the waitlist when booking and a space opens up, you will automatically be added from the waitlist in to that class. If you have email notifications enabled in your account you will receive an 'added from the waitlist' automatic email notification. Please add info@theyogaedge.co.uk to your emails safe senders list to stop automatic emails going in to spam. You can view which classes you are registered for by in your account. If you are added from the waitlist and can no longer attend, you must cancel your booking. 

Daily pre-booking restrictions
All users with unlimited passes are restricted to pre-booking a maximum of 1 in-studio class & 1 livestream class per day. Those users who wish to attend multiple in-studio classes in a day are welcome to do so, however only 1 can be pre-booked.

Pre-booking suspension
Failure to attend booked classes or late canceling 3 times in any 30 day period will result in the suspension of your pre-booking privileges for the duration of 14 days. If this happens you can still attend classes, but you won’t be able to pre-book your space in class.
