One free pause per calendar year is allowed. You can pause for up to 1 month at a time. Extra pauses have a £20 admin charge.

Once your paused dates have passed, your account will automatically adjust to give you any days you were owed from your previous payment (this means the system may ‘push’ your next payment into the future).
